Solves the problem found with traditional compasses and trammels which have a high centre of gravity, and are therefore unstable and entirely dependent on the operator for their position. Fits any steel or aluminium rule from 6 inches (152mm) upwards with blade width less than 50mm (not supplied). Unrivalled marking, mortise and panel gauge with greater range to mark deeper into the board. High tolerance scribing and cutting gauge.
